For the First Time Home Buyer Workshop, it's kind of like a House Hunters meets Q+A session thing we've got going on! We'll talk about the house hunting process in a really fun way. We promise, you'll have a great time! Then, we'll have one of our favorite lenders to explain the mortgage process and a really cool closing attorney (yes, they exist!) to go over what happens at a closing.

We’ll walk through how to prep your home to shine, from smart updates and recommended repairs to simple staging tips that make a big impact. We promise, it won’t feel overwhelming (or boring). Then, we’ll break down how to price your home effectively so you don’t leave money on the table, plus talk through timing, negotiations, and what to actually expect from list to closing. You’ll leave with a clear plan and total confidence about your next move.
